Great to meet you!

I am a womanist art therapist who supports clients in exploring their stories through creative expression. My approach encourages growth, self-awareness, and healing in relation to culture, identity, and the systems that shape our lives. I work from a strength based, culturally responisve lens, holding space for individuals adn communities to be seen, heard, and affirmed. Through the creative process, I help clients navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and identity development while fostering resilience and collective care.

My approach to therapy

I use art and relational therapy as a way to support clients in exploring their emotions, experiences, and identities. My approach centers on building an affirming, nonjudgemental space where healing can happen through creative expression, storytelling, and intentional goal setting. I work collaboratively with clients to increase self--awareness, process trauma, and navigate cultural and systemic challenges. I believe in the power of art to foster connection, clarity, and transformation.
