Great to meet you!

Does he world feel like it has gotten a little overwhelming, or even a little nutty? You don't have to navigate it alone, therapy can be a place to slow things down, talk it through and. build practical skills to help you navigate with more clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I combine methods to help build the best approach to you. People are complex and there is no "one size fits all" approach to navigating life. I work with people who have experienced all types of trauma. to include combat, assault, or any other traumatic event you may have experienced. I provide a judgement free space for you to process anything you are currently or want to process.

What you can expect from me

I bring a welcoming space for you to be open and honest. I the first session I like to gather information on your past or present so we can set goals and a direction for your journey.
