Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Dr. Rochelle Clarke! Men are often expected to stay strong and keep going, even when stress, sadness, or anxiety are building beneath the surface. Many of the men I work with are juggling aging parents, work pressure, caregiving, medical concerns, or the emotional impact of a child’s diagnosis, often without a place to talk about how heavy it feels. My practice centers on men navigating these transitions, and I also support women and young adults facing similar overwhelming concerns or emotional strain. I help clients understand what’s driving their reactions, break patterns that keep them stuck, and build tools that create steady, meaningful change. As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with advanced training in EMDR, hypnotherapy, and systemic family therapy, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to help you regain clarity and strengthen relationships so you can feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

I am here for you. Together, we will address the complexities you’re facing with a grounded, collaborative approach. I use strength-based models to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and identify the inner resources you already have. This work invites us to look at your current situation, clarify what’s getting in the way, and build practical strategies that move you toward the life you want. Mindfulness techniques help you stay present and connected to your body and emotions, while EMDR, hypnotherapy, and systemic family therapy offer deeper pathways for healing patterns that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

We will walk together on this journey. I have experienced humbling encounters throughout my life and therefore it is important for me to listen to obstacles you are facing while learning how you have managed up to this point, if at all. For this reason, I create a warm environment allowing you to express freely. During our sessions, you will feel heard. Together we will explore steps needed to get you on track to living up to your highest potential.
