Great to meet you!

"Talk therapy can be powerful, but insight alone may not be enough. You may understand your patterns around anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder, yet still feel overwhelmed, disconnected, defensive, or driven by gut reactions under stress. Perhaps you are balancing work and family, navigating young adulthood, grieving a loss, managing panic disorder, or privately struggling with trauma rooted in a difficult past. If you are a woman carrying the added weight of maternal mental health or

relational strain, that struggle is real too. Chronic stress and unresolved trauma can affect your mind, body, relationships, and spiritual life. If self-help and traditional

approaches have not brought the change you hoped for, a more integrated path may help."

My approach to therapy

"With over 30 years of healthcare experience (Therapist, 4 years; Chiropractor 34 years), my approach blends proven tools for anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness, with a holistic/neurobiological focus on regulating your body's stress response, healing relationship wounds, and restructuring unhelpful thought patterns. I pay particular attention to young adult life transition challenges, women's issues, grief, and the toll chronic stress takes on your emotional, spiritual, and relational health. Together, we can help your mind, body, relationships, and faith work in harmony so you can recover and feel more alive."

What you can expect from me

"You don't have to keep struggling alone. In our first session, we'll talk through what brought you here, whether that's anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the stress of

balancing work, family, and caregiving, and start building a plan together. I offer warm, collaborative, holistic therapy for mind, body, and spirit, and for those who desire it, I

integrate Christian faith and biblical wisdom into our work. Many clients start to feel steadier and more like themselves within the first few sessions. If this resonates with you, please reach out."
