My background in social work and experience working with diverse populations have shaped my belief that every person's story deserves compassion, understanding, and respect. My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are while helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical strategies that improve daily life. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore the impact of past experiences, identify patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, trauma responses, relationship difficulties, grief, substance use concerns, emotional dysregulation, stress, or anger management challenges. Therapy is designed to help you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, improve emotional regulation, build healthier relationships, and create sustainable changes that support long-term emotional wellness.
