You may find yourself feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling to manage stress, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management concerns, anger management challenges, substance use concerns, chronic stress, and major life transitions. My background in social work and experience working with diverse populations have shaped my belief that every person's story deserves compassion, understanding, and respect. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build greater self-awareness, strengthen emotional resilience, and develop practical tools that help you move toward healing, balance, and a more fulfilling life.
