Great to meet you!

Life can present with many unexpected challenges. My passion is to help children, adolescents, adults and families to heal from their personal struggles in order to feel better about themselves and their lives. I have over thirteen years clinical experience assisting people with anxiety, stress, trauma, loss, depression, trouble at work/school, low self-esteem and/or relationship issues. I have worked in various outpatient settings, that has recently expanded into private practice.

My approach to therapy

As your counselor, we will work together to identify your specific needs and goals in an open, non-judgmental, and safe therapy setting. The approach I use focuses on building a trusting, therapeutic connection using a person- centered, strength based, and trauma informed approach. I integrate different modalities such as TB-CBT, CBT, Mindfulness, IFS or family systems based on each individual’s needs. In addition, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

What you can expect from me

There is no need to continue struggling alone without professional help. Whether you are receiving counseling with me in person or by telehealth, my goal is for each person to feel seen, heard and understood. Most importantly, I believe in creating an atmosphere of compassion where each person can feel comfortable and safe to tell their story. Therapy will allow you to improve your coping skills, emotional well-being, and quality of life. I look forward to hearing from you.
