I am a license clinical social worker who specializes in supporting women through the unique emotional challenges that come with identity, relationships, career pressures, and major life transitions. My approach is trauma‐informed, collaborative, and grounded in helping women feel safe, validated, and empowered.

I draw from strengths‐based and evidence‐based practices to address concerns such as anxiety, burnout, self‐esteem, boundary‐setting, reproductive and maternal mental health, and the impact of past trauma.
