I'm so excited to meet you! Therapy can be a scary step; it takes courage to seek help. I've been practicing for 6 years with an abundance of experience in trauma care. Recently, I began focusing on caring for women in reproductive trauma such as pregnancy loss, infertility, and traumatic birth experiences.

Your story matters. When working with clients, I attempt to balance the need to share your story with psychoeducation and interventions that will help you move from trauma victim to trauma survivor. More than anything, I want you to feel heard and deeply understood when you leave your session, with tools to help you move forward.

Every client is different. We start out simple and easy - tell me about who you are to whatever extent feels comfortable to you. We'll work together to uncover the hard stuff in an environment that I hope feels open, inviting, and safe. We'll work together to establish goals and set a working pace that feels right for you.
