Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe mental health is essential to living a balanced and fulfilling life. Congratulations on taking this courageous step toward your well-being. I have 8 years of experience providing therapy, working with children and adults who face challenges related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, autism, trauma, and more recently, personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is supportive, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Together, we will work on developing practical coping strategies, and practice open communication, to help you navigate life’s challenges and achieve your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you’ll have the chance to share your story and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. We’ll take the time to explore your goals together. My goal is to create a supportive, welcoming space where you feel safe to open up and be yourself. In the sessions that follow, we’ll continue to work together to build practical tools, explore patterns, and make meaningful progress toward the changes you want to see in your life.
