Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm an LPC, NCC, and Registered Play Therapist providing neurodiversity-affirming care for children, teens, and families. I partner closely with families to foster connection, resilience, and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is the belief that lasting change happens when children and families feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. As a Registered Play Therapist, LPC, and NCC, I use play therapy and evidence-based approaches to help children express emotions, develop coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and navigate challenges such as ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral difficulties. I view parents and caregivers as essential partners in the therapeutic process and work collaboratively with families to create meaningful growth that extends beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is most effective when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted. During our first session, we'll focus on building a comfortable and supportive connection while discussing your concerns, strengths, and goals. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, we'll work collaboratively to create a strong foundation for growth, healing, and positive change.
