Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rochelle and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, family issues, parenting challenges, relationship issues, grief, trauma, domestic violence, mood disorders, self-esteem struggles, and more. Whether you're a parent seeking support for your child, a teen working through school or behavioral challenges, or an adult navigating life's complexities, I'm here to help.

I am committed to assisting you with identifying and exploring the challenges that presently bring you to the point in life where you are seeking support for your mental health needs. I am completely dedicated to providing a safe and unbiased therapeutic environment that enhances growth, self-awareness, and insight while focusing on your personal strengths.

Getting started can be scary or even make you question if this is really meant for you. Let's take this journey together one step at a time. The ability to meet your mental health needs is a top priority, and I hope to see you soon.

My approach to therapy

I pride myself on the effectiveness of Solution Focused therapy in my practice. I am highly trained within various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered therapy, Strength-Based approaches, Trauma-Focused therapy, and culturally sensitive techniques. I use an eclectic approach, tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and goals.

I offer individual therapy and family therapy because I believe healing often happens when we address both personal challenges and relational dynamics. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create positive outcomes that guide you on a path to recovery.

What you can expect from me

My initial needs assessment will consist of a rapport building technique with a focus on gathering needed information to set the tone for you to start your journey of self-discovery while establishing goals needed to enhance positive outcomes. We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping will change.

You can expect a warm, safe, and unbiased space where you feel heard and valued. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling supported, hopeful, and clear about the therapeutic process that will guide you forward.
