Great to meet you!

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide compassionate, supportive mental health care centered on medication management. To enhance your treatment, I integrate brief, supplemental supportive interventions and targeted coping strategies when clinically indicated. I am currently accepting new patients (ages 18–64) and have immediate openings with flexible scheduling for both online and in-person appointments.

My approach to therapy

I offer a direct, warm, and highly personalized approach to psychiatric care. My practice focuses primarily on medication management, with brief, targeted coping strategies and supplemental supportive interventions as clinically indicated. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, stress, and grief. Grounded in evidence-based care, strategies are tailored to your unique needs, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, patient-centered, strength-based, and humanistic frameworks.

What you can expect from me

Our initial psychiatric evaluation is a thorough 60-to-90-minute assessment covering your personal, family, medical, and social history. During this time, we will collaborate on a treatment plan and discuss medication management strategies. Follow-up appointments range from 20 to 60 minutes to evaluate your progress, monitor symptom management, and address any new developments.
