Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health and Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. I work with children, teens, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress, parenting concerns, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, behavioral difficulties, emotional regulation, and family conflict. I also support youth and families involved in foster care and help with navigating significant life changes.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to identify strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. My approach integrates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution focused, trauma-informed care, strength-based interventions, play therapy, and mindfulness. My goals are to motivate, encourage, provide hope, improve communication, strengthen relationships, and help build resilience. I am compassionate about serving and inspiring others.

What you can expect from me

My practice offers a welcoming, respectful, and collaborative environment where you can openly explore thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Sessions focus on developing practical skills, improving communication, and creating healthy patterns that promote lasing well-being. I believe every individual has unique strengths or challenges, and therapy should be tailored to meet each person's specific needs and goals.
