Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor devoted to helping adults reconnect with their inner strength and rediscover the light within themselves. I believe healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about remembering who you are beneath the weight of anxiety, depression, relationship wounds, and life’s transitions.

Through secure telehealth services for adults 18+, I walk alongside you as you release old patterns, align with your values, and step into a life that feels purposeful, connected, and deeply aligned with your truest self.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where even the most tender topics, trust, intimacy, communication, identity, and self-worth, can be explored safely and authentically. My approach weaves together evidence-based practices with intuitive, personalized care, honoring both science and the soul of healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to begin getting to know one another and build a foundation of trust. We will review the intake process and complete a biopsychosocial assessment, which helps me understand your background, current concerns, relationships, health history, and the factors that may be impacting your overall well-being.

This session is also an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and any goals you would like to work toward. Just as importantly, it allows us to get a feel for one another and determine whether we are a good fit. You are welcome to move at a pace that feels comfortable. There is no pressure to share everything at once, this is simply the beginning of your journey, and we will take it step by step.
