Great to meet you!

I offer a client-centered approach that supports individuals in discovering who they are, creating balance, and reaching the goals that matter most to them.

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over 30 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, and adults through all of life’s stages and transitions. My career spans a variety of settings, including schools, hospital emergency services, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), and outpatient clinics- giving me a broad, compassionate perspective on care. I believe that honoring our vulnerability is where true personal power lies, and I am here to help you build the strength and resilience needed to thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, compassionate, and non-judgmental, focused on creating a safe, supportive environment for self-expression, exploration, and healing. I believe in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by fostering resilience and personal growth.

My clinical practice integrates several therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. I also incorporate Play Therapy techniques when working with children.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, empathetic, and safe environment where we can begin exploring your goals. Because my practice is grounded in strengths-based and trauma-informed care, our initial time together is focused on collaboration, understanding where you are right now, and ensuring you feel heard and supported without judgment. We will discuss what brings you to therapy and look at how we can leverage your inherent resilience to build a path for your personal growth and healing.
