Great to meet you!

Navigating life's harder moments is easier when you don't have to do it alone. I'm Rocio, a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) with 10 years of experience helping teens and adults work through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life's biggest transitions. Ready to take the first step? I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest, and I put real energy into creating that. My work is practical and collaborative: we look at the patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are keeping you stuck, then build strategies that actually work in your daily life. I'm especially experienced with trauma, using trauma-focused methods designed to help you process difficult experiences at a pace that feels right for you. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, which matters to many of the clients I work with. Together, we'll develop a plan that is realistic, grounded, and made for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe being yourself. We’ll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and talk about the challenges you’re currently experiencing.

Together, we’ll identify your goals and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you. Depending on your needs, we may explore patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and identify practical strategies to help you move forward.
