Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (Spanish-English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, licensed in February 2025. I built my clinical foundation over 10 years of work in Mexico, then completed the California pathway, first in community-based settings and now in private practice too. My experience includes trauma-focused work with diverse populations across programs such as Victims of Crime, social services, and workers’ compensation. I had conducted group therapy and family therapy. I bring a strong emphasis on assessment, documentation, skill building, and collaborative care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma sensitive, collaborative, person‐centered, and steady in pace; and the first session will focus on a structured assessment, clarifying goals, and leaving with one practical next step to try between sessions.

What you can expect from me

My clients will receive bilingual, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed care in the first session that integrates mindfulness and somatic tools. We will complete an intake while getting to know each other and determining whether we are a good fit.
