Great to meet you!

Welcome! I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as we move toward healing. My clients are ready to be honest with themselves and take steps—big or small—toward thriving, not just surviving. Together, we’ll explore positive, practical ways to cope with both past and present challenges, helping you find confidence and clarity as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I work with ages 10 and up and welcome individuals with a range of experiences and diagnoses, including those still figuring things out. Our sessions are a partnership where I provide guidance, support, and compassion while helping you identify tools to manage life’s ups and downs.

What you can expect from me

If you’re seeking a nonjudgmental, approachable provider who listens with care and offers both education and advocacy, I’m here to help. My nursing background shapes how I connect—with empathy, patience, and a focus on understanding the whole person, not just the symptoms.
