Great to meet you!

When life feels heavy, isolating, or harder than it “should” be, therapy can be a place to exhale and finally feel supported. I am licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky and have 7 years of professional experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, and LGBTQ+ related issues. I work with people who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure how to move forward after difficult life experiences. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel seen, respected, and empowered as we work through what is weighing on you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating an open, affirming, and emotionally safe environment where you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand the experiences behind anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, and LGBTQ+ related concerns, while also identifying strengths and tools for healing. I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and personalized to your needs. Together, we will explore what is contributing to your distress, build healthy coping skills, and work toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional balance.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, the main focus is getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, whether that includes anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, identity-related concerns, or feeling overwhelmed by life, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything all at once - this is your space, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
