Great to meet you!

You may be carrying more than most people realize. Maybe you're trying to heal from trauma, manage the stress of a chronic health condition, navigate pregnancy or new parenthood, repair a relationship, or simply get through each day without feeling exhausted or overwhelmed. You don't have to keep pretending you're okay or figure it all out on your own. My goal is to help you feel supported, regain your confidence, and build a life that feels calmer, healthier, and more like you again.

My approach to therapy

We'll focus on what's happening in your everyday life, not just talk about your feelings. Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, whether that's stress, unhealthy coping habits, relationship struggles, or the lasting effects of trauma, and create practical strategies that actually fit your life. I believe real change comes from understanding yourself while building simple tools that help you feel more in control, both now and in the future.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation where you don't have to have all the answers. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what's been hardest lately, and what you'd like your life to look like moving forward. My job is to listen, understand your story, and help you create a clear, realistic plan that leaves you feeling hopeful and supported from the very beginning.
