Great to meet you!

I have a Master's degree in Counseling and am a License Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with 36 years-experience working with Psycho active substance abuse disorder including: long-term, short-term care, IOP, OP, detox and sober living. I worked 30+ years in a rehab and worked my way up to Executive Director, but my passion remains in direct individual care.

My approach to therapy

I approach treatment with compassion because I know my clients all have hurts, habits and hangups. I am sometimes forthright, but always maintain a sense of humor. I generally practice cognitive-behavioral therapy.

What you can expect from me

Compassion, understanding and empathy. I need to get to understand you so I can help you. It will be relaxed and welcoming.
