Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Therapist working with clients in California / Florida. Along with my clinical training, I bring lived experience that helps me meet my clients where they're at. Outside of work I enjoy sports, cooking and trying new food, staying active, and getting outdoors—especially hiking—I do my best to live a full life while making sure I have some time to slow down and take it easy.

My approach to therapy

I help clients shift from survival-based coping into a better way of thinking and living. To build a life and thought process that does not feel like groundhog day, dealing with the same set of unpleasant thoughts, feelings, or patterns over and over again. To live a life that's enjoyable. Real change is possible if you are willing to try something different. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting. I work with clients who are ready to get back on track (or stay on track), build a healthier inner dialogue, become more confident, and improve their mental health. Most clients report finding clarity and perspective early on.

What you can expect from me

My approach is both practical and creative: we look at what's keeping you stuck, build real skills, set goals, use evidence based tools and gain some insight along the way. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you feel like we might be a good fit, reach out or book a session.
