I believe that therapy is for everybody. For me, therapy is a process. My approach is client-centered, and I am warm, empowering, and affirming. You will find a safe place to explore, express, and process your needs and will be free to discuss anything in as much or as little detail as is comfortable for you. Together we will develop a treatment plan which will meet your needs and guide you to healing and growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My theoretical approach is client-centered. I come from a Jungian perspective and believe that it takes time to discover and express your needs; growth and healing take place best in a safe environment and in a therapeutic alliance with an understanding and empowering counselor.

What you can expect from our first session

Each session may be different though your needs will be at the center. Together we will work toward your identified therapeutic goal. Some days you will find coping strategies while other days will be more about self-discovery as you learn about yourself and begin to grow into the best version of you.
