Great to meet you!

I am Roger Huang, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience caring for patients across the entire lifespan. I graduated at the top of my class from Vanderbilt University and have worked in diverse settings, including adolescent psychiatry, inpatient units, and community mental health. I am deeply committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care that is tailored to each individual's unique journey. My mission is to help you achieve balance, clarity, and confidence through a dedicated clinical partnership. To begin our work together, I invite you to book a phone consultation; during this call, our front office staff will discuss the next steps for scheduling your initial visit.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in support and flexibility, ensuring that you always feel heard, understood, and empowered. I believe that mental health care is a collaborative exploration, and I work closely with my patients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans. These plans are designed to meet you where you are today while remaining adaptable as your nveeds and circumstances evolve. By combining clinical expertise with a compassionate touch, I strive to make the path to feeling better a shared and successful journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and open space where we will focus on understanding your specific history and mental health goals. We will take the time to discuss your needs in detail, ensuring that your voice is the primary guide for our work together. By the end of our meeting, we will have established the foundation of a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your lifestyle. You will leave the session with a clear sense of the next steps and the confidence that you have a dedicated partner in your care.
