Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Louisiana, with experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, motivation, grief and bereavement, suicidality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns.

My approach emphasizes creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and emotions. I recognize that navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and seeking support is an important step toward change.

I work collaboratively with clients to build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and foster personal growth, empowering them to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

My approach to therapy

Clinical approaches: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

What you can expect from me

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to support and strengthen your ability to lead yourself effectively. Together, we will clarify what that looks like by identifying barriers that may be limiting your progress and by building on your strengths and existing supports.
