Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with two years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through some of life's most difficult seasons. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling and have received advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I have a heart for helping people struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges — and I consider it a privilege to sit with someone in their pain and help them find their way toward healing and hope. My approach is warm, collaborative, and always tailored to you, because I believe every person deserves care that truly sees them.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I take a warm, conversational approach that blends evidence-based techniques with deep curiosity about your story — because real change happens when you feel truly heard and understood, not just assessed or advised.

What you can expect from me

I will meet you where you are and walk with you at your pace, building a space that feels both safe and honest. Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other — there is no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you are ready to.
