Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania with over 30 years of clinical practice. I received my doctorate from Temple University and have worked as both a clinician and administrator in my career. I am skilled at working with adults with a wide range of clinical issues as well as adolescents dealing with both internalizing and externalizing disorders. My practice is currently limited to telehealth services for individuals residing in Pennsylvania, but I have found this allows greater access for residents of the state.

My approach to therapy

I utilize both a Cognitive-Behavioral perspective and Humanistic approach to my work.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy should be solution-focused and that clients respond best when they are appropriately challenged so that they can break maladaptive cycles and subsequently make progress toward their goals.
