Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and build more fulfilling relationships. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, meaning I work with you to identify your unique strengths, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical strategies that create meaningful change.

I blend evidence-based modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care—with a warm, supportive style. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors at your own pace.

I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help you clarify your values, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that aligns with what matters most to you. I am committed to working with you as a partner in your growth, providing guidance, insight, and support as you navigate change.

Whether you are seeking therapy for personal growth, managing stress, or healing from past experiences, my approach is flexible, practical, and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore strategies that fit your life and help you build lasting resilience and well-being.

I was born and raised in the San Antonio, Texas area and attended the graduate program at Our Lady of the Lake University. I have also enjoyed working with various individuals and groups so far in my professional life with an early focus on addiction therapy, cognitive and behavioral change and personal recovery both in the inpatient setting as well as in the outpatient environment.

My approach to therapy

Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back, clarify your values, and develop practical strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you choose to work with me, you can expect a supportive, collaborative space where you are truly heard and understood.
