Great to meet you!

I am a senior psychotherapist with more than 25 years of experience. Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law and accounting, experiences that gave me a broad understanding of the real-life challenges people face in their relationships, careers, and personal lives.

I bring this practical experience together with my psychological training to offer an integrated, thoughtful approach to therapy. I work to understand each client as a whole person—their history, relationships, current circumstances, strengths, and the challenges that brought them to therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive, experienced perspective while helping clients develop greater insight and make meaningful changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I begin with a simple question: “If you could accomplish anything in today’s session, what would it be?” This gives you the freedom to begin with what matters most. My priority is to create a safe, trusting relationship where we can understand your concerns, identify your goals, and work together toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll focus on getting to know you, what matters to you, and what you hope to accomplish in therapy. We'll explore what brought you here, what you hope to heal or change, and develop realistic goals and a meaningful direction for our work together.
