Roger Trembly

I'm Roger Trembly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I grew up in the southwest Colorado mountains and that roots me in the communities I serve. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver Four Corners MSW Program, with a focus on rural social work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College in Durango.

My background is in child welfare and social services, where I spent over a decade working directly with children, families, and communities across Montezuma County. I now work in crisis-based in-home and telehealth therapy across Montezuma, La Plata, and Archuleta counties.

I know that reaching out for therapy takes courage. I am here to make that first step feel less daunting.

My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. Rather than focusing on what is wrong, I work with you to identify the strengths and supports you already have and build on them from there. The therapeutic relationship matters deeply to me. Real change happens when you feel genuinely heard and supported.

I work with individuals, children, and families, drawing on over a decade of experience in child welfare, social services, and crisis work. My rural background shapes how I practice. I understand the communities I serve and bring that context into every session.

My goal is to help you grow into the best version of yourself.
