Roma Raheja is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She has been in practice since 1999. Roma completed her undergraduate and graduate education at University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. Her work experience includes hospitals, outpatient, and counseling settings. She has successfully worked with youth, adults and senior citizen populations. Roma is particularly interested in working with a diverse population. Roma is fluent in Hindi and understands Urdu & Punjabi.

My approach to therapy

Roma’s therapeutic style involves Person-Centered approach. She builds on a client’s strengths while incorporating evidenced-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques. These techniques can help the client arrive at insight, strategies, and tools that they can start incorporating immediately to make positive change in their lives.
