Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in Dance and Movement Psychotherapy, holding a Master’s Degree in Creative Arts Therapy from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from The Pennsylvania State University. With nearly two decades of rich and varied experience, I've navigated multiple settings, including inpatient and outpatient programs, telehealth, and diverse educational environments, serving families, couples, children, adults, and adolescents. My therapeutic approach encompasses a spectrum of modalities, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to the creative realms of Dance Movement Therapy. Driven by empathy, respect, and holistic care, my therapeutic philosophy centers on recognizing the innate healing abilities within each person

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach encompasses a spectrum of modalities, from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to the creative realms of Dance Movement Therapy.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a comfortable and welcoming space focused on building rapport and getting to know one another. I take a conversational approach, allowing the discussion to flow naturally while helping clients feel at ease. We’ll explore what brings them to therapy, what they hope to gain from the process, and begin identifying strengths and goals together. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that this is a safe space for their growth.
