Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes people thrive when therapy feels personal, collaborative, and rooted in what truly matters to them. My work centers on helping clients build agency, strengthen resilience, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

I’ve worked in community clinics and LGBTQ‐affirming organizations with clients of all ages. I specialize in working with teens, college students, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity‐related concerns, including self‐esteem, self‐acceptance, and gender dysphoria. I strive to offer a steady, supportive environment where you can feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My practice is built around the idea that people grow when they feel understood, supported, and empowered to make changes that matter to them. I’m eclectic in my approach — blending Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‐CBT), and behavior modification — and I always work from a trauma‐informed, person‐centered foundation. I aim to be steady, real, and approachable in sessions. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, strengthen the skills that help you move forward, and build a life that feels meaningful on your terms.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is when we will start getting to know each other; we’ll explore what’s important to you and what you’d like to work toward. We’ll talk about your goals, your expectations for therapy, and begin to identify roadblocks that may get in the way of the life you want to build. Together, we’ll start creating a plan that supports your goals at a pace that feels right for you.
