Great to meet you!

Hi there! Honored you are here. I have worked with many client populations over the past five years including foster care, article 31 clinics, schools and private practice. I received my undergraduate from Drexel University and my masters in social work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, parenting, life-transitions and childhood trauma/ PTSD. I am energetic and enjoy incorporating holistic health and wellness into my practice and approach.

My approach to therapy

Life has a way of pulling us in every direction — but healing often starts by turning inward. I bring both compassion and energy to every session, creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Whether you're navigating everyday stress or life's bigger challenges, I'm here to help you find your footing and reconnect with your own strength.

What you can expect from me

In my sessions, clients will identify goals and treatment outcomes they hope to achieve. My client will walk away with a clear and manageable plan that will encourage change and personal growth, improving their lives and of those that surround them.
