Romina Papadopulos

I'm Romina, a licensed mental health counselor in Central Florida. I've owned a successful private practice for 5 years now after having completed my Masters at the #7 school in the nation for my field (UCF). My favorite and most rewarding work comes from treating trauma, anxiety, and PTSD as well as Relationship issues through my work with couples. I am certified as a trauma Hypnotherapist, as an ADHD provider, and a grief specialist. And I'm formally trained in ART, an offshoot of EMDR.

I have a casual and relaxed approach to providing therapeutic services and I use humor to create safety in the space we'll be sharing. We'll explore your personal history/relationship patterns to pin down where things began to go wrong. You'll learn healthy coping skills for immediate symptom relief and new ways to deal with life. In couples counseling, you will learn strong communication skills, conflict resolution, and how to improve your intimacy.
