Great to meet you!

Mental health has been an important part of my journey from the very beginning. I graduated from the University of St. Francis while working in inpatient behavioral health, where I learned how meaningful it is to meet people with kindness, patience, and understanding during difficult moments. I spent time working in medical-surgical settings to broaden my experience, but I was drawn back to mental health because it’s where I feel most connected to my work.

I provide care through telehealth and aim to make virtual visits feel as comfortable and easy as possible. I know it can take time to feel at ease talking through a screen, and I focus on creating a space that feels supportive, relaxed, and judgment-free. I take a collaborative approach, listening closely and working with you to find treatment options that fit your needs and your life.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, and related concerns. My goal is for you to feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together toward feeling better and more balanced in your day-to-day life.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing begins by meeting clients where they are and creating a supportive, respectful, and therapeutic space. My approach is grounded in evidence-based care, and I strive to develop treatment plans that are trauma-informed and culturally aware. My experiences in the military and as a floor nurse have given me a strong sense of responsibility and dedication to providing thoughtful, high-quality care—values that continue to guide my practice today.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a provider is to help clients achieve mental wellness through ongoing assessment of their needs and progress, forming and monitoring a treatment plan that meets their unique goals, and forming a therapeutic relationship to help foster healthy growth. At the first appointment with me, clients can expect a more in-depth assessment. This will help to determine a starting point for your individual care plan. Follow up frequency will depend on symptoms, diagnosis, and response.
