Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I want you to feel heard, understood, and respected from the very beginning. My approach is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, while also being honest and focused on helping you create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other concerns that may be affecting their sense of well-being. I take the time to understand not only what you're experiencing today, but also how your past experiences may be influencing the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about what you’re experiencing, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any experiences or challenges that may be impacting your life.
