Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, family conflict, substance use concerns, and life stressors that can leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in unhealthy patterns. Many of the clients I support are carrying emotional pain quietly while trying to manage relationships, responsibilities, work stress, or the pressure to hold everything together on their own.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe being honest about what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll work toward understanding the deeper patterns contributing to stress, improving emotional regulation, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and focused on helping clients build practical tools for healing and growth. I integrate evidence-based therapy approaches to help clients process trauma and PTSD, manage anxiety, improve relationships, strengthen emotional awareness, and navigate substance use recovery in healthier ways.

I believe therapy should feel supportive, honest, and empowering. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, and confident in your ability to move forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a supportive space where we begin getting to know each other and discussing what challenges feel most important right now. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, what goals you hope to work toward, and what support would feel most helpful moving forward.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the process ahead.
