Great to meet you!

Everyone has a story, and every story has the opportunity to grow.

That belief is at the heart of how I show up for my clients: with warmth, honesty, and a genuine curiosity about who you are and how you got here. I work with working professionals who are doing their absolute best to navigate life: the career pressure, the relationships, the identity questions, the moments where you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling stretched thin underneath. You don't have to have it all figured out to sit across from me. You just have to be willing to start.

I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with over 20 years of experience across community mental health, family services, higher education, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based tools, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based work, and family systems, with a style that's relatable, down-to-earth, and never clinical for the sake of sounding clinical. I believe change happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, so I spend real time getting to know you before I ever hand you a "technique."

Faith can be part of the conversation if it's part of yours. Culture, identity, and your lived experience always are. And with couples specifically, my job isn't to push a particular outcome. Instead, my role is to help you both get clarity, communicate honestly, and make informed, healthy decisions about the relationship you're building together.

What you can expect from me

I offer a free 15-minute consultation.

My goal in our first session is to create a safe space where you can feel seen and heard, as it is the foundation that makes it easy for us to get to know each other. I'll inquire about what brings you in, what you're hoping will be different, and a bit of your story because everyone has one, and yours matters here. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or perfectly explained.

For couples, I'll also spend time understanding how each of you sees the relationship, so we can start building a shared, honest picture together. By the end of that first conversation, you should have a clear sense of how I work, what our time together could look like, and whether it feels like the right fit.
