Great to meet you!

I am Ronique Randall, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong passion for helping individuals reach their fullest potential. I hold a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which together gives me a unique perspective on both the emotional and behavioral challenges people face.

I believe that my clients are the experts of their own lives, and my role is to guide and empower them by fostering a safe, supportive space where we can work together to achieve their goals. I approach every client with dignity, respect, and compassion- and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them in their healing and growth journey.

I enjoy working with both adolescents and adults who are navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger management, trauma, relational challenges and self-esteem issues. I also work with couples, helping them to improve communication, rebuild connection, and resolve conflict.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, creating a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and meaningful growth. Whether, you're seeking clarity, healing, or personal development, my goal is to help you move forward with confidence and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and empowered with practical tools to navigate life's challenges.
