My approach to providing psychiatric care is by assessing and caring for the patient's entire wellbeing. Motivational Interviewing and CBT are modalities that I use most with my patients.
I create a transparent and safe environment during sessions, encouraging patients to use their autonomy. Understanding who you are as an individual helps me to create a treatment plan that you can consistently follow with goals that you feel confident in achieving.
