Great to meet you!

Building a private practice has always been the plan. After years working in outpatient settings and making the intentional choice to stay out of hospital and inpatient environments, I am finally ready to open my doors. I bring genuine warmth and curiosity to every session, and I care deeply about building a real relationship with each person I work with. Based in Louisiana, I see clients via telehealth and am excited to grow a practice where people feel truly heard and supported from day one.

My approach to therapy

I come to every session with openness and a genuine desire to understand you fully, not just your diagnosis. My approach centers on collaboration and honesty. Together we figure out what works for you and build from there.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a real conversation. I will ask about what brings you in, what you have tried before, and what you are hoping for. There are no wrong answers. My job is to listen and understand you before we make any plan together.
