Great to meet you!

Hi, there!

I’m a Master’s-level Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of experience in the behavioral health field. I earned my MA in Counseling from Webster University and have spent the last decade helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges to gain confidence and clarity.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy—tailoring my methods to fit your unique needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, facing a career crossroad, struggling with parenting, or working through relationship concerns, I aim to meet you where you are with honesty, empathy, and practical support.

Clients often describe me as approachable, cool, and easy to talk to. I work best with parents, teens and young professionals who are ready to do the work and want someone who will be both supportive and straightforward.

If you're looking for a therapist who keeps it honest while helping you move forward, I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is real, relational, and flexible. I use an eclectic blend of techniques tailored to each client, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and person-centered approaches. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model—your experiences and needs guide our work together.

Clients often describe me as approachable, honest, and easy to talk to. I bring my full self into the therapy room, creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged in a healthy way. Whether we’re working through anxiety, navigating career changes, improving relationships, or addressing parenting challenges, I aim to help you gain insight, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward.

I specialize in working with parents, teens, and young professionals who want a therapist they can relate to—someone who is down-to-earth, practical, and committed to real growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create an environment that feels safe, collaborative, and relaxed—where you can be yourself without pressure or pretense.

In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore what’s holding you back and identify practical strategies to move forward. Whether you’re looking to manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, improve your relationships, or gain clarity in your career or parenting, my goal is to help you build insight and develop tools that you can use beyond the therapy room.

You can expect honest feedback, meaningful conversation, and a therapist who’s genuinely invested in your progress. Over time, many clients walk away feeling more empowered, emotionally grounded, and better equipped to handle life’s challenges with confidence.
