Great to meet you!

I’ve been practicing as a licensed clinical psychologist in Florida for more than 20 years. During this time, I’ve treated many clients who’ve experienced a wide array of clinical issues. I spent several years working in school settings treating adolescents with emotional and behavioral disabilities, as well as counseling their families and educators.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work to diagnose and treat those struggling with mood disorders, depression and anxiety, and counsel those experiencing marital and relationship difficulties, women’s issues, processing grief and life transitions. My practice is eclectic and uniquely tailored to meet each client’s needs and goals. Some of the techniques I employ include Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

My nonjudgemental approach is nurturing, compassionate and collaborative, and sessions are held virtually in a safe and confidential environment. By gaining insight into your personal experiences, the changes you aspire to achieve can occur. My goal is to assist you with exploring how to improve your strengths in order to develop and enhance coping strategies, communication skills and relationships that will enrich your everyday life.
