I help clients deal with anxiety, depression, and anger issues that can come with the many roles that we have.

Our first session is a low-pressure conversation focused on getting to know you, understanding your current challenges, and identifying your unique goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before you walk through my door or log onto our virtual session.
