Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work and over four years of experience providing trauma-informed mental health care. Since beginning my therapy career in 2022, I have supported individuals facing complex trauma, depression, anxiety, and attachment-related challenges.

I specialize in EMDR and mindfulness training, offering clients a dynamic blend of advanced therapeutic modalities and empathic presence. My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing requires both symptom relief and the opportunity to reframe core beliefs shaped by trauma. I believe in getting to the root of the present day issues.

My clinical work focuses on helping clients reclaim personal agency, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with meaning and self-worth. I hold space for deep emotional work and guide clients toward lasting transformation.

I am committed not just to alleviating distress but to empowering people to rewrite their stories.

My approach to therapy

When times are tough, we can get stuck in a challenging emotional states for months and certainly years. Experiencing the same type of problems in our life (financial, relational, lacking fulfillment, feeling judged, feeling attacked, loneliness, etc.) without being able to understand why can often can give us a sense of hopelessness. Having had experienced depression, anxiety, irritability, ADHD, and various types of trauma, I can confidently tell you that there are some universal ways in which humans function that you can learn and use to strive towards a more fulfilling life experience.

I work with anyone over 18 years old dealing with stress, complex PTSD, trauma (abuse/neglect), depression, anxiety, anger issues, suicidal ideations, personality disorders, experiencing divorce/separation, and grief. Staying focused on your goals, I use evidence-based coping skills and in-depth tools (i.e. EMDR) to get to the root of the problem.

We are all whole people. None of us are broken and we never need to be "fixed." As you deepen & broaden your awareness of yourself, you’ll find that you have all the capabilities you need to feel that more whole and fulfilled life that some part of you believes is possible. It's healthy to seek out a nonjudgemental perspective of another to do this.

What you can expect from me

During out first session, we'll identify what symptoms you'll be having, discuss some of your history with these issues, get clear on what you want to address with therapy, and start to discuss a trajectory towards how we can get there with therapy.
