Great to meet you!

My professional background began at Nova University. Throughout my career I was able to see a broad spectrum of mental health populations. Currently I run a private group practice where I've seen patients with almost every form of mental health standing. This includes both adolescents and adults with anxiety and depression as well as family and marriage counseling. I have a 5-Star Google rating from my clients as well.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a therapist, I strive to be an empathic, nonjudgmental, positive, and present person who will walk down your path alongside you to fully experience what you are experiencing and then work together to solve the obstacles you have not been able to overcome alone.

What you can expect from our first session

I focus on identifying and altering self-defeating behaviors through insight and awareness. This results in a greater sense of well being.

I provide a safe place, free of judgement, where clients can explore and organize the experiences of their lives. Our collaborative relationship is a powerful tool in achieving understanding and clarity, Our unique relationship helps people discover new choices with which to move forward toward real fulfillment. A remarkable experience!
