Great to meet you!

Greetings, I'm Rori Crosson, Doctor of Social work, and a LCSW-R practitioner with more than 15 years devoted to mental health. I have had a diverse career where I have worked with children till end of life. In my practice, fostering a secure environment for clients to delve into their aspirations and find solace is paramount. I deeply appreciate cultivating a robust therapeutic connection, ensuring individuals feel understood, respected, and nurtured throughout their journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use various therapies like interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and psychodynamic to boost self-awareness. Recently certified in CBT and Exposure & Response Prevention for GAD, Panic Disorder, OCD, and Social Anxiety. My goal is to help patients recognize their values and strengths. In sessions, expect compassion, patience, and non-judgment. Trust-building is continuous; I aim to provide empathy and positive regard.

What you can expect from our first session

Those I work with can count on having someone who will collaborate with them and offer support through their challenges. Expect to acquire coping skills that are practical and straightforward to implement.
