Great to meet you!

Greetings, I'm Rori Crosson, Doctor of Social work, and a LCSW-R practitioner with more than 15 years devoted to mental health. I have had a diverse career where I have worked with children till end of life. In my practice, fostering a secure environment for clients to delve into their aspirations and find solace is paramount. I deeply appreciate cultivating a robust therapeutic connection, ensuring individuals feel understood, respected, and nurtured throughout their journey.

My approach to therapy

I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, including interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and psychodynamic therapies, to support insight and self-awareness. I am certified in CBT and Exposure & Response Prevention for the treatment of GAD, Panic Disorder, OCD, and Social Anxiety. My goal is to help patients recognize their values and strengths while building meaningful, sustainable change. In sessions, clients can expect compassion, patience, and a nonjudgmental space. Trust is developed over time through empathy, consistency, and positive regard.

What you can expect from me

Those I work with can count on a supportive, collaborative approach. I help people navigate challenges by building coping skills that are practical, realistic, and easy to apply in everyday life.
