Great to meet you!

Welcome, thanks for reading! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California.

I chose social work as a pathway to being a therapist because not only do I show up for you therapeutically I will advocate for you too.

I am direct, genuine, nonjudgmental, funny (when appropriate) empathic, respectful, eager to learn about you, and from you. What that help looks like will be decided between you and I; whether it be to listen, suggest solutions, ask poignant questions, educate, or all of the above.

My approach to therapy

I want to know everything about you at your pace. The more I know about you the more I can help you tie the present with the past to clear a path for the future. I marry both the hard and soft sciences to create a customized experience for you.

I enjoy learning new therapeutic techniques, I provide a unique therapeutic approach for each client. My empathic nature will allow me to get a sense of what it's like to walk in your shoes.

My treatment approach is compassionate and empathic.

What you can expect from me

At first we will discuss what our sessions will be/look like. You might feel uncomfortable and feel scary, but I'm here to guide you and get through it with you. At the end of our time together I hope you will feel empowered and have learned more about yourself, your mind, and acknowledge how worthy you are to take up space, and that you belong here. I'll sit with you and provide a safe space for you to process what is getting in the way of...your goals.
