Great to meet you!

You've probably gotten really good at being okay. This is a space to put that down for a while. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to offer a space that feels supportive, real, culturally responsive, and safe enough for you to be yourself and start making sense of what you’re going through.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, curious, and empowering. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy, and somatic approaches to support both your thoughts and your body. I’m genuinely interested in getting to know you, your story, your patterns, and what matters to you, so we can find tools and insights that feel helpful and meaningful in your day-to-day life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll ease into getting to know each other at your pace. I’ll ask some questions to understand what’s been going on in your life and what’s been feeling heavy or stuck. You don’t have to share everything all at once. There’s space for your questions, too. By the end, we’ll begin to shape a direction together so you can leave feeling heard, supported, and a little more clear on what comes next.
